Good Grief!
It's a hot one here in the Valley of the Sun!
I got up and got chores done early,
then headed for the grocery store --
no way my cold and frozen stuffs
would survive the drive home
in a hot car at these temps! ! ! !
Now it's 1:30pm and yeah, kinda bored, too hot to do much of anything.
Why am I so lucky to have these heat waves when I take an extra Friday off?????

After grocery shopping, I grilled 4 burgers on the George Foreman, I slow cooked 3 chicken breasts, I'm ready for meals for the rest of the week without heating up the kitchen -- it's supposed to stay hot all week, and I won't feel like cooking. Do you ever do that??
