Busy Busy

I made it to the gym on Monday AND on Wednesday this week... hooray for me!  I skipped Tuesday because of work issues, but that was ok.  I made up for it during Weds session, staying an extra half hour.  My feet will be paying for it tomorrow, however.  :/   My right foot gets a knot in the arch.  My left foot has a small pain in the ball of the foot.  Perhaps my doc will suggest a visit to a podiatrist.  Or some exercises.  I've looked them up using Google (of course!) but not knowing what's wrong, I'm hesitant to do something that might injure it even further.  So I'm using the old adage:  alternate heat and ice.  And a few simple stretches to see if I can ease the knot.  I had one last week that took me about 4 hours to relieve the pressure.  It's a small pain, not a huge pain.  I can still walk on it... barefoot is best.  and the pressure eases if I prop my feet up.  But Sadie doesn't always allow that! lol

I thought I was going to have to do some training in one of our sister stores, but that was postponed.  Now I feel like I have an extra couple of hours in my work week.... and of course, Management found a way to fill those already!  Ha!  Just when you think you're on top of the pile....... it all rolls downhill.    *smirk*

I haven't done any photography at all in about 2 weeks.  I'm due.  Overdue, in fact!   But there are other pressing issues to be taken care of.  Dr Appt tomorrow, of course.  And he will give me referrals to a dermatologist, and to the doc who does my colonoscopy.  Hard to believe its been nearly a year already!  Oh, and October is breast cancer awareness month, so mammogram due there too. :)  Also taking my son to Social Security office to do an update on his account, see if his job will change any of his allowances.  Then there are things I need to return to Walmart, and to JCPenney.  Placed catalog orders, and need to return the items.

Isn't it funny?  Its still the same procedure .. I've been making catalog orders with JCP for years!  Now, they call it "dot.com" ....

Ah the times they keep a-changing :)
