
New Year, Day 6 - I skipped the gym Friday, and Saturday was my day off. After working four hours today, I didn't allow myself to skip the gym, and completed 3.5 miles in 58 minutes on the treadmill. It was tiring, but it feels SO good to have an accomplishment under my belt. Will make the rest of my week easier I hope!
