When was the last time you thought about the air we breathe? We breathe about 17 times a minute, but we hardly ever think about it, it just happens. There are so many things that we ignore when we're busy, that we take for granted because it will "always be there". But I think its more important than ever that when things get tough we need to 'get back to basics' and forget about the fancy things that other people think we should want.
So close your eyes, and concentrate your focus on breathing -- in -- and out -- and in again. Pay attention to how it feels filling up your lungs, how your body and mind all need the oxygen to keep on keepin' on. And just a few short moments of focused breathing makes you feel more relaxed, in control, and yes, happier!
