I also noticed that with the weight loss/ get fit journey I started last March, and the goal I have set for myself, losing 5 more pounds will put me over the halfway mark -- that'll be something to celebrate! (in two more weeks, if I continue to stick with the program.) It will be harder this weekend - the weather has taken a nasty turn to a cold snap, and that means lots of indoor time, and not much to do. Maybe I should get started on painting the little bedroom! :)
Hope you take a few minutes to get out, get some kind of exercise this weekend -
it does a body good!!
