Weigh In Weds!



YEP, you guessed it ... it was Weigh In Wednesday.  After working extra hours yesterday, and Sunday, and going in early, the LAST thing I wanted to do was hit the gym. But!  It's that day, and I couldn't pass it by.... no matter how much I wanted to.   I did my weights rotation for legs today, and 20 mins on the elliptical - plus walking Sadie twice today, eh, pretty good for a very tired chubby old chick!  (giggles)  The good news:  only one more holiday pound to lose to be back where I was before the holidays.  That's a relief --- can I celebrate with some chocolate???  (I wish!)
