Yes it was just another Monday ... I keep thinking "... one of these days, Mondays won't be so bad!..."
While my Monday was typical at work -- busy, too much to do, not enough time -- after work, I went directly to the gym, where I did 2 miles in 32 mins, then all the "arms" workout. I'm pleasantly tired, and had a healthy meal. Even better ... my food intake was within my prescribed limits! If I keep this up, my scale will reflect my efforts very soon!
Can I celebrate a good day with a chocolate bar?????
