It's a very rare treat for me to be able to watch a baseball game on TV because I don't have any kind of cable. Last night, as I crawled into bed FOX had the Giants and the Padres. It was the bottom of the ninth, tied at 3-3, and the Giants were able to hold the Padres. Giants up in extra innings, and a runner got on base - by hustling he turned a single into a double! The next guy up.... Home Run!! Score 5-3. Holding the Padres again for the bottom of the 10th, and Giants win!! This was a much needed win in the race between the Dodgers and the Giants (it's a West Coast thing!)

Now, I admit, I'm not a really big baseball fan, but my Dad is. And I've been visiting up there often, so I have watched a few games this season already -- so it was fun to be able to watch here, knowing Dad was watching at home, too. :)
