Day 18 and day 19 .... my ME thing on both days was concentrating on my food intake and making the most of my time in the gym. Monday's workout was a struggle, as it always is on a Monday, being tired from all the extra work that is typical for me. Tuesday's workout was awesome - cardio and resistance both, for a total of nearly 90 minutes. Both days tracked me over 12,000 steps, so that's awesome! Anyone ready for another walk?? hehehehe (oh look, Sadie raised her paw!!) haha she's always ready :) :) :)
