How crazy is it that one can become so involved in a crazy story? This is the story of Piper Chapman, a 30something woman who is sentenced to fifteen months in prison after being convicted of a decade-old crime of transporting money to her drug-dealing girlfriend.
The first season's episode one was a little hard to follow. Piper is turning herself in and reporting to jail. The story is told in mini flashbacks that took a little understanding to follow, but I've got the hang of it now, and can't wait to see what happens next!
Each woman's story line is different and diverse. And in a way, it's like watching a soap opera: you have to keep watching to get to know the in's and out's of all the different characters and their story lines. But sans commercials on Netflix and it's very easy to binge watch!
