BuGs & Burnout

My house has BuGs. To be specific, termites. And that just f*<>ed up my budget.  Its a $4500 hit to treat the nasty little buggers.
Then you're caught in the crunch.

Treat and pray its one and done?

Or sign up on a service for 5 years that guarantees they'll come back and keep re-treating if you find them again.

Mom had this problem, she went with the long program, and boy was it worth it, they had to come back and re-treat several times.

In 15 years I haven't had a problem.
And now I do.

My next dilemma?  Do I find a part time job to fill in the gaps of my income for a while?
I hate the thought of being slaved to a job again, but money would be nice too.  I don't qualify for SNAP.

*sigh* choices, choices

Then the affidavit form I signed and had notarized, they rejected it. I'm going to try and resubmit but I may be required to do it all again.

I spent two and a half hours with mom getting a root canal.

There's just no end.

Caregiver burnout is very real.
