One Bite leads to another.... Even on vacation I have to watch what I eat. Being around family, there are certain "favorite foods" that come up. And potato salad is my downfall. Watching what I eat for breakfast and lunch, I will definitely be enjoying some of that potato salad for dinner with some BBQ :)Knowing this, we got up this morning and walked. The sunshine was glorious,the temperatures were low enough so that you didn't overheat. We took a walking path along a canal. Found a few roses in bloom....
