Trying to figure out my illness, I'm being very careful with what I eat, and how much I eat, which means I missed National Donut Day! But that was probably for the best .... I'm not sure I could tolerate all that sugar and fat.
Lately, I've been having fruit smoothies, apple juice, and a protein rollup -- flatbread rolled around a slice of ham, turkey and cheese. Boring, but so far, its working, my symptoms are on the back burner -- still there, but not causing so much upset.

I spent the day taking it easy, some light reading, washing the bed sheets. Wound up taking a long 2 hour nap, which surprised me. Guess I needed it, so no guilt on my part for the nap!
