Nothing makes a day feel longer than when a doc says "stay off your knee". Its really hard to be moving around when your knee needs rest! So it's felt like a very long day. (Don't tell my doc, but I walked 2k steps on the treadmill but only at 1mph, very slow and controlled.)
Today's pic topic: Yellow. These flowers were on the tables at my son's celebration of life. Its a happy color and they make me smile.
