How'd your Saturday go? For me it was keeping my 7 year old great nephew busy. His Dad is out of town for a wedding. My morning consisted of TV: Lingo (again), then Totally Funny Animals, Totally Funny Kids, then Mom flipped it to some broadcast channel. I turned it off when it got to a scene of a woman wearing a skimpy bikini, standing in a bathtub pouring champagne over herself. Great Saturday morning television viewing. What happened to cartoons?
We flipped off the TV and I grabbed my exercise bands. We each stuck them around our ankles and side stepped around the kitchen table, then reversed direction. A few arm stretches and back stretches and they'd had enough. But it kept Mr.Z. busy for a time.
After a short (very short) stint of trying to paint rocks, he grabbed Mom's iPad and found a baseball game, and a soccer game. Self entertainment at its best.
In the meantime, a Diamondbacks game came on, so Mom's entertained too!! I have to admit my fav Dback is Corbin, he sure can run!
