It's Thursday, and I've been drinking just fluids today, prepping for tomorrow's colonoscopy.   If you are over 50 and haven't had your first one yet ....
its time!  

I can't say that enough to people.

Dad had his regularly, and still they didn't catch his colon cancer until it was Stage IV.  Scary!

For this reason, because of the genetic connection, I have been getting one every year.  And while I don't dread the actual procedure, the prep is totally uncomfortable.

Talk to your doctor, see if this is something you need.  Colon cancer is an ugly beast.  Please. Ask.
