Decisions, Decisions

Some days, making decision after decision is exhausting. But I have many to make some days, and yesterday I made plenty.

Decisions regarding needs and wants are one thing. The decisions regarding someone's memories is another.

I had to disassemble mom's memory box. They were her memories, and neither my brother nor I wanted to hang the box on our own walls. 

Picking and choosing, this or that, mine or bro's??  I opted to photograph some of the items and sending some of them to my brother. Other items are small enough to put into the scrapbooks.  But my sister's baby booties ..... what to do with them?? Do her sons want them? A few years ago, they didn't.  Maybe life has changed their opinion.

But it's not easy making these decisions. I am the oldest, its been left to me.  And I'm doing my best.
