Hello, Fall!

Every June, I start my mantra "Hurry up, September!" I repeat it at least once a day during our summer heat.  And now its here! 

Yesterday it only reached 98 degrees.  It was Tuesday, family dinner night, and I'm helping out my nephew, taking Zane to baseball practice.  Sitting out at the ballfield with the sun beginning to set, a nice cool breeze blowing, and I remember what it was like watching my nephews play, then my own sons play ball.  It becomes a lifestyle for the time being. 

Sports are played different here, we have spring baseball and fall ball to avoid the summer heat. 

An Army helicopter flew over, the sky was clear as it shifted from blue to dusky purple.  And it was a super moon rising at the same time.  Hello, fall!! I'm happy you're back!
