15 Day Challenge

 
 Ok, so here's the good news:   I survived Inventory!

In spite of all the minor details, major headaches and
general grouchiness that goes along with long days,
long hours and very little sleep, I managed to get through
this past week at work --- and the better news is that I
did it without castrating anyone!   heheheh

But boy oh boy, am I tiiiired!!


To top it all off, I get an email from 24 hour fitness that they have a 15 day challenge that started June 3:  The Daily Fitness Goal is:  30 minutes of cardio, 25 pushups, 50 situps and 100 squats. 
Of course it started the day I worked a screwy schedule.  So there I was during my lunch hour (at 6:30pm) - the cardio part was "easy" -- well.  30 minutes is shorter than my norm, so I just hopped on the elliptical and went for it.   The situps went fine, I'm feeling it today, but the pushups were harder as I'm trying to do them from my toes and not modified from the knees.  The first 50 squats were fine, the next 25 I could definitely feel the burn, the last 25 --- whoa!  But I'm chalking that up to a very long, tiring work situation -- today's squats won't burn that much - Will they???
