Got in a good gym workout today-- 3 miles on the treadmill, 30 mins of weight machines and a mile on the elliptical. Made a good healthy lunch of tuna, tomato and avocado. And napped. Yep, a good way to spend a day off work.
It's been a lazy day for the most part, too hot to do anything outdoors, it's 109 at the moment. shew. Excessive heat warnings in effect until next Weds. The dog days of summer are here for us in the Valley of the Sun, and its never a fun month ... is it October 1 yet?
