After not sleeping well last night, I was slow to get started this morning. I was thinking I needed to head out to 'my' mountain for a little back to nature time. Loaded my little cooler with water and ice along with a protein bar, and headed out. But at 10am, the temp was already 105 -- I think we're on our way to record breaking heat today! Ugh.
With that kind of heat, and lack of shade most places, its a dumb day to be out wandering. So, I pulled into a drive-through Starbucks and ordered what I thought would be my "venti green tea, iced, half sweet". But I got some other kind of concoction -- that tastes pretty good, like ice cream or a milkshake! (I hate to ponder the calories in this thing!)
