Life is about to become interesting around here shortly. And busy! There is going to be a new addition to the 'family' unit! Her name is Sadie, and she's a four month old pug. My daughter got her, and forgot how much work puppies are. With her work schedule and such, she's decided that a dog is too much right now, and asked me to take her. And I agreed.
We took her with us on a family vacation drive in the car, and she was very well behaved. Puppy-like, which was expected, but a good dog overall. It will mean several daily walks I suppose. My alarm clock will need to be set even earlier for a short time. hahaha. Boy, this is going to be interesting :)
I haven't had a dog since 2004. And I've become rather accustomed to doing as I please now that my kids are raised and my time is my own. But she will also be good company, and hopefully will like to go on hikes and picture taking excursions with me as well!!
