Cloud 9

I'm more country than pop, but having a ten-year old granddaughter means I need to keep up with a bit of the pop stuff - if only for the look on her face when I can sing along to her fav tunes!   One that has caught my eye....  errr.... caught my ear lately is Katy Perry's "I'm Awake".

When it comes to relationships, I've had plenty of hurts along the way.  There's nothing like the feeling of falling from like to love with someone special. But once it ends, it hurts - just like she sings ....  its like "falling from cloud nine".  And we've all been there, right?
