Yuck. I was just about to climb into bed, ducked into the bathroom for the last time of the night .... and there it was. A big two inch sewer roach in my shower. How I hate those things!! They're very fast, very hard to capture, or smoosh. Luckily, in the shower, they cannot climb the walls, so he's relatively trapped.
They come up in the summertime, in search of food and such. Last summer, one was trapped in my shower, and at 2am, I wasn't about to try stomping on it. So I grabbed a clear pyrex cover and captured him under it, then sprayed bug spray. He died a slow death! But tonight, I had my son come stomp on him. Blech.
Of course, now its 1130 and I'm wide awake, and putting on socks ... in case I need to get up in the middle of the night. hahaha And I'm not sure when I'll fall asleep now! So... Season Five of Friends is on. So are all the lights. lol
Maybe I'll grab my book and read for a while --- I started a three part book series by Nora Roberts, love her stuff! Have a great night everyone!
