Just when you think you have a handle on all of this ..... there's another monkey wrench in the mix.
When my Mom was put in assisted living, we decided to get a Power of Attorney -- just in case. And now, months later, her banking institute wants us to use THEIR forms, and have them notarized.
My mom is wheelchair bound. Transporting her isn't just a hop in the car. So I suppose I will have to have another mobile notary (at another $50).
There's always f*cking something.
And I feel like I'm always stuck in the middle.
